The Miss Mittens Intention Journal is a playful companion to Miss Mittens Learns to Meditate. Designed for children and parents to use together during the nightly ritual from the Parent Guide located in the back of the storybook, this journal turns bedtime into a creative and meaningful practice.
Each evening, children are invited to reflect on their day by drawing a wish, sharing what felt good, and what didn’t feel so good. More than just words on a page, this journal encourages kids to draw their intentions. Images, feelings, and emotions register in the body more deeply than words alone, which makes drawing both calming and powerful. With repetition and imagination, children begin to wire positive thoughts, emotions, and wishes into their subconscious.
Sometimes drawing is easier than finding words. This journal offers kids a safe space to express emotions, while also giving parents a starting point for gentle conversations about feelings, wishes, likes, and dislikes. It becomes both a log of nightly intentions and a keepsake of growth, helping parents place those intentions directly into the bedtime meditation script.
With Miss Mittens as their guide, children learn to imagine, create, and draw the positive things they want to grow in their lives. This journal supports emotional balance, parent–child connection, and the magic of bedtime made intentional.
